It is with great regret that we have to announce, due to commitments outside of football, Director of Football Nicholas Murphy Whymark has stepped down from his position within the Club.

Nick returned to Broad Lane back in October and was instrumental in ensuring not only the Clubs future existence, but also the appointment of Julian Dicks as 1st team manager.

All at Wivenhoe wish to thank Nick for his time and hard work, helping to ensure the people of Wivenhoe continue to have a local football club.

Nick will continue his involvement by coaching Wivenhoe Town Youth Under 6's next season, alongside Chairman Carl Callan.
