The Dragons progressed to the First Round of the County Cup after beating Benfleet 4 - 1 in the Preliminary Round. The Dragons again face First Division South opposition in the First Round of the competition in Holland.

The game is set to take place on 3rd November away at Holland, kick off 19:45. The sides met in the league just a few weeks ago with Wivenhoe winning 2 - 1.
