The committee and supporters club of Wivenhoe Town F.C. would like to thank all the new (and returning old faces) for attending the Community Day held on Saturday, in which the Dragons beat CRC 1-0, thanks to a Ryan Brown headed goal.

The day was a huge success and hopefully gave people an insite into what has been achieved as well as the targets that have been set to take the club forward even further to ensure the community have a fzcility that is in great shape.

We have a host of plans in the pipeline to further develop the site, some of which have been submitted to the W&DSF Trust for review and approval, so all support over the summer months will be appreciated.

When you return in August we hope you will see a host of improvements around the ground.

There is a buzz in the air that we could be in for an exciting next 12 months, the opportunities are there on the table but it can only be achieved with the support of others, the more faces on board, the easier it will be to achieve these exciting targets.

Your support would be thoroughly appreciated, no matter how little you can give so please do not hesitate to contact us.
